Job Title: Front Office Manager - Guest Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Office Manager - Guest Services to join our team at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest registration, checkout, and mail services are handled efficiently and promptly in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maximize occupancy, revenue, and average rate while maintaining high service standards via up-selling programs within the department
  • Effectively handle all guest complaints and implement long-term solutions where possible
  • Review guest feedback from different platforms and drive outstanding results from TripAdvisor
  • Initiate the implementation of new Front Office Standards & Procedures in keeping with brand direction
  • Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of Front Office experience with at least 3 years managerial experience, preferably gained from hospitality or related service industry

Familiar with Opera System

Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua

Good training skills and communications skills
