Lead Host - Guest Services
As a key member of the Front Office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt Corporation's strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be to support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the guest services department, which operates as an independent profit center, while striving to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the guest services department.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to all guests, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the Concierge services and administrative functions.
- Implement effective strategies to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the guest services or concierge sector is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and effective interpersonal communication.
