Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team at the Grand Hyatt Changsha. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the efficient running of the Front Office department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
  • Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
