Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team at 083 Flex Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

This role will be responsible for achieving the objectives of program management or new project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiates, monitors, and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery
  • Organizes projects-related activities and manages internal and external communication
  • Directs the activities of CFT members according to business and project needs
  • Responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area
  • Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend company capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services
  • Reviews aggregate program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding requirements, assets management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
  • Supports SSCM, PdM, and PjM for providing JID supply chain solutions and necessary information on contracts, pricing, and other business items
  • Reviews program reports and presentations for management and customers
  • Collects customer/project feedback and drives for continuous improvements
  • Leads site teams to review and approve quotations
  • Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics, and drives action items based on results
  • Manages to satisfy all stakeholders of the program/project

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent from a technical or business area
  • Good knowledge and 5-8 years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, or Program Management
  • Good at participating and organizing teamwork
  • Fluent in English both in written and verbal
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of process and procedure

  • Knowledge of international trade is preferred
