The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Job

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive sales growth.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow up and market research.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets to drive sales growth.

The Profile

  • At least 1 year experience in a B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the Ecommerce or Marketplaces industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Attention to detail and high standard of work delivery.
