The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Job
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers to increase sales revenue.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive sales growth.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow up and market research.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets to drive sales growth.
The Profile
- At least 1 year experience in a B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the Ecommerce or Marketplaces industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Attention to detail and high standard of work delivery.
