Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with global product management and regional commercial teams to develop and execute strategies that drive financial and share gain targets.


• Serve as the primary liaison between regional commercial leadership and business unit leaders to ensure customers have the products they need and our personnel have the necessary skills and tools to sell and support commercial strategies.


• Contribute to the creation, execution, and monitoring of regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives, including setting KPIs, defining analytics, and prioritizing initiatives linked to business strategies.


• Conduct business and market analysis to understand regional dynamics and support quarterly forecasting report outs.


• Execute the global strategic plan with specified regional tactics, bridging multiple functions to simplify processes and drive results.


• Work with marketing communications partners to develop and deploy an annual communications plan.


• Utilize the Atlas CRM system to monitor key regional opportunities and identify ways to accelerate advancements leveraging company resources.


• Provide day-to-day support to commercial teams for product-related information, technical needs, customer questions, and issue escalation affecting regional business performance.


• Contribute to the identification of new business development opportunities using market knowledge and input from commercial teams, customers, consortia, and others, recommending investments where appropriate.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a material science, chemical science, or engineering discipline. An MBA is a plus.

6-10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Competencies:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


• Familiarity with the electronic assembly industry.


• 5+ years of product and marketing management experience, with knowledge of PCB assembling materials.


• Ability to travel 30% of working time or more.


• Thorough understanding of the company's products and procedures.


• Well-developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a high-paced and multi-task environment.


• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.


• Ability to speak, read, and write English and Chinese.


• Well-organized and detail-oriented.


• Ability to interact professionally with internal customers at off-site locations.


• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
