Head of Gaming Industry, China

Snap Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Gaming Industry efforts in China. As Head of Gaming Industry, China, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and developing a go-to-market strategy for the Gaming vertical in China.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Gaming vertical in China, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, publishers, and industry partners.
  • Lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Gaming vertical in China.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in media/advertising, with a strong background in the Gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with C-level clients.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers in the industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Gaming vertical, including industry trends, measurement and attribution approaches, and competitive product knowledge.
  • Experience in managing revenue and expanding to different countries across China.
