As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with local home appliance retailers. Your role will involve:
1. Business Engagement: Effectively communicate and collaborate with local retail partners to ensure a strong and productive relationship.
2. Market Development: Identify and pursue potential home appliance retail channels to expand our market presence.
3. Training and Support: Provide comprehensive product knowledge training to retail partners, including guidance on product launches and discontinuations, while ensuring standardized showroom displays.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance across product lines, assisting in optimizing product offerings and tracking sales targets for retail partners.
5. Market Intelligence: Disseminate the latest product information and market strategies from headquarters to enhance partner operations.
6. Store Management: Conduct regular store visits to maintain brand image consistency and oversee training for sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
7. Sampling Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of product displays in retail locations, ensuring timely updates and replacements.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Prior experience in home appliances or market expansion is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
4. A passionate individual with the ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating strong professional ethics and teamwork.
5. Proficiency in office software applications, including PPT, Word, and Excel.
