Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Director in overseeing the regional sales team to achieve budgetary goals.
  • Guide team members in reaching their targets and return on investment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet individual objectives.
  • Successfully onboard new customer accounts.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with clients to ensure sustainable business growth and profitability through new services or trade lanes.
  • Serve as a vital link between clients and internal departments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement, rapport, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to expand customer relationships.
  • Prepare and review periodic reports as requested by the Sales Director.
  • Conduct and present monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Engage in RFQ/tender processes with relevant product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Input data into SFDC as necessary.
  • Undertake additional assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the industry with a proven track record in sales and the ability to devise professional solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
