Job Title: Regional Quality Manager for China Semiconductor Industry

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Quality Manager to lead our customer quality initiatives in the China region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management systems and methodologies within the high-tech industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and change management.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of Customer Quality Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards in the China region.
  • Interface with customers on all quality aspects, managing expectations and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Setup and maintain a comprehensive Customer Quality Dashboard, aligning with customer requirements and driving quality performance to agreed targets.
  • Manage Customer Quality Notifications, ensuring timely and effective closure of quality notifications with customers.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to manage customer audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assess and improve quality processes, proposing and deploying new and improved processes to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong background in quality management.
  • Proven track record of leadership and people management skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented decisions.
Salary:

RMB 400,000 - RMB 600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
