About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team in Shanghai, China. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial teams to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies.
- Provide technical training and support to customers on our products and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical science or a related industry field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in formulation of immediate and modified release oral solid dosage forms, as well as liquid suspension and semi-solid dosage forms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, primarily within Greater China but potentially expanding to Asia Pacific or globally.
