Project Manager for Battery Systems and Chargers

As a Project Manager at Bosch, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development of innovative battery and charging solutions. Your role will involve:
- Leading Project Teams: Directing teams to adhere to Bosch's product development processes while achieving established project goals.
- Project Planning: Organizing discussions to formulate comprehensive project plans and set clear objectives, guiding the team to meet these targets.
- Resource Coordination: Ensuring that both internal and external resources are effectively mobilized to support project execution.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organizing and leading project meetings, documenting discussions and outcomes to maintain clarity and focus.
- Activity Management: Overseeing project activities to guarantee their efficiency and effectiveness, making necessary adjustments based on evaluations.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying potential project risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Cost Control: Managing project budgets to meet financial targets.
- Team Motivation: Employing effective motivational strategies to harness the strengths of both internal and external team members.
- Supplier Coordination: Monitoring supplier sample production and preparing for mass production to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Task Management: Assigning tasks to project members, regularly reviewing progress, and suggesting improvements.
- Progress Monitoring: Keeping track of project timelines and reporting status to stakeholders.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle, escalating when necessary to prevent project delays.
- Approval Processes: Managing the approval workflow for critical project milestones.
- Project Review: Conducting project retrospectives and contributing to performance evaluations of team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Over 5 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in project management and team leadership.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead discussions.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and remote meeting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business.
- Proactive attitude with strong self-management abilities.
