Position Overview

As a Financial Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing daily financial procedures, overseeing budget control, and conducting thorough expense reviews and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely review and processing of e-payment applications and maintain accurate filing records.
  • Provide assistance to users regarding payment and reimbursement inquiries.
  • Monitor and track inter-company charges effectively.
  • Follow up on payment support documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong logical thinking, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills complemented by excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proficient communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of delivering presentations in both English and Mandarin.
  • Attributes: Quick learner, self-motivated, and possessing integrity and honesty.
  • Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively, effective communication, planning and organization, problem-solving, business acumen, and people development.
