You'll be the initial point of contact for potential customers who have engaged with our marketing initiatives and outbound campaigns.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:

  • Identifying and Qualifying Sales Leads: You'll actively seek out and assess potential customers who align with our target market, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement by our sales team.
  • Supporting Business Development Representatives: You'll provide valuable assistance to our experienced sales professionals, streamlining their workflows and enabling them to focus on closing deals.
  • Driving Outbound Campaigns: You'll contribute to the development and execution of targeted outbound calling campaigns, reaching out to potential customers and generating interest in our solutions.
  • Representing Mendix at Events: You'll have the opportunity to engage with potential customers face-to-face at industry events, showcasing our products and services.
  • Scheduling Appointments: You'll effectively coordinate meetings between our sales team and qualified prospects, setting the stage for productive discussions.
