Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and resolve order-related issues, communicating effectively with customers as needed.
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in business segment meetings, including product training, to stay up-to-date on company offerings and initiatives.
- Support sales meetings, providing key information and insights to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, contributing to projects that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Take the lead on specific global projects, driving results and delivering value to the organization.
- Onboard new team members, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across virtual teams and time zones.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet challenging deadlines, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, multitask efficiently, and work under pressure.
- Experience in SAP, business objectives, and proficiency in written and oral English skills.
- Proficient in the use of computer-aided applications and software, including Power BI and Advanced Excel.
