Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and resolve order-related issues, communicating effectively with customers as needed.
  4. Prioritize workload to meet deadlines, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  5. Participate in business segment meetings, including product training, to stay up-to-date on company offerings and initiatives.
  6. Support sales meetings, providing key information and insights to drive business growth.
  7. Identify opportunities for process enhancements, contributing to projects that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Take the lead on specific global projects, driving results and delivering value to the organization.
  9. Onboard new team members, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

  1. 3-5+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  2. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across virtual teams and time zones.
  4. Ability to prioritize workload to meet challenging deadlines, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  5. Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, multitask efficiently, and work under pressure.
  6. Experience in SAP, business objectives, and proficiency in written and oral English skills.
  7. Proficient in the use of computer-aided applications and software, including Power BI and Advanced Excel.
