Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting

Your Mission:

Oversee essential functions such as payments, working capital management, cash oversight, and inter-company reconciliations. Provide leadership in daily operations related to processing, reporting, and month-end closing for Invoice Processing. Supervise Payment Processing and Travel & Expense Processing activities. Manage the monthly financial closing cycle, ensuring all incurred costs are accurately recorded, reviewing journal entries, reconciling account balances, and preparing reports. Deliver precise, timely, and insightful monthly management accounts and financial updates for executive review. Engage in the continuous development and establishment of accounting policies and procedures, as well as operational strategies, including the assessment and implementation of process and system enhancements. Collaborate with other finance department leaders to achieve overall departmental objectives. Work alongside external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors to ensure successful audit outcomes and regulatory compliance. Analyze client contracts, establish and maintain processes to monitor and report revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in revenue reporting. Prepare comprehensive feedback on variances in financial statements compared to budget. Proactively review and provide guidance on financial and accounting processes.

Your Qualifications:

A minimum of 6+ years of experience in accounting or related fields. Proficient in English (CET-6) and Chinese. Strong understanding of Chinese accounting standards, tax regulations, and foreign currency laws. Proficient in accounting software and SAP systems. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Highly driven, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to work independently under pressure.
