Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to formulate and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with the overarching goals of the brand.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Ensure cohesive brand messaging to maintain uniformity across all communication channels and materials, effectively reaching key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and multimedia content tailored for various audiences.
  • Evaluate and assess the performance of marketing initiatives through relevant metrics, making necessary adjustments to strategies.
  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets for public relations and digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • An MBA or relevant certifications may be advantageous.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing marketing communication strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in the healthcare industry.
