Key Responsibilities
  • Product Quality Performance Analysis: Analyze and report product quality performance to support product improvement.
  • Data Modeling and Visualization: Realize data models and visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Configuration Management: Ensure the correctness and completeness of Configuration Baseline and Output Configuration Management Plan.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and report product quality performance regularly, and maintain data models and visualizations.
  • Project and Lifecycle Management: Assist R&D leaders in defining configuration items, configuration baselines, and configuration changes.
  • Task Assignment and Tracking: Assign tasks to owners in PDM systems and track status.
  • Change Analysis: Review and check configuration items in Change Notices to ensure correctness.
  • Configuration Status Output: Output and release configuration status of products in related milestones.
  • Customer Configuration: Create CBOM in PDM systems and SAP to ensure applicable configuration items can be selected by customers.
  • Process Improvement: Provide insights to improve related processes.
Requirements
  • Education: SW-related bachelor's degree or data analysis working experience.
  • Skills: Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills, business and quality sense, result-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Language: Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Database, Python, Power BI, and knowledge of Qliksence or Qlikview, Dash/Plotly, and SAP is preferred.
