Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Roche. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring sales performance of assigned accounts, achieving sales targets, and implementing Key Account Management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor sales performance of assigned accounts
  • Achieve sales targets assigned by line manager
  • Implement Key Account Management system
  • Keep improving KOLs relationship in respective areas
  • Work closely with local distributors in the assigned area
  • Promote products and services offered by Roche to customers
  • Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Application Specialist
  • Keep good and up-to-date customer profile
  • Work closely with Service, Application Support team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in yearly budgeting exercise
  • Prepare monthly report and sales forecast

Requirements

  • Diploma in Clinical Diagnostics or appropriate Science
  • Good command of English in both spoken and written
  • Good command of MS office software application
  • At least 2 years' experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory or 2 years' similar sales experience in the industry
