We're seeking a Customer Success Partner Advisor to join our SAP Cloud Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for optimizing customer onboarding and adoption processes to improve renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and customer success in the Digital customer segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account management plans to drive customer success.
- Manage high-volume customer engagements and provide excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive process improvements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to customers on SAP Cloud Solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive customer value.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Cloud Solutions or similar cloud products.
- Commercial experience with account management and customer success.
- Proven ability to work with virtual/social tools and engage with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
