YOUR MISSION
  • Independently managing the development of designated styles and collections in collaboration with Design, PLM, Team Head Development, Sourcing BU Manager, and other PGS functions, as well as Garment Suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of samples with high quality, execution, and fitting standards.
  • Facilitate proactive communication across various internal and external teams to guarantee a seamless product development workflow.
  • Contribute valuable insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance product value.
  • Oversee the timely finalization and approval of products (including artwork approvals) before bulk order placements.
  • Accountable for preparing, maintaining, and tracking all essential documentation (Style specifications, size charts, fabric and trim selections, fitting, and sealing comments).
  • Ensure timely data entry in Puma's Product Range Management system and related IT platforms.
  • Responsible for cost assessment and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to secure optimal FOB and margins.
  • Initiate cost benchmarking activities, particularly for high-volume styles, to ensure competitive FOB pricing.
YOUR TALENT
  • University degree or equivalent education focused on textile or garment technology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the textile or garment industry with solid knowledge of Apparel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capable of working autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks effectively with a proactive approach.
  • Computer literate (Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Internet).
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
