Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food to join our team at Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Airport. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our culinary division, ensuring that all outlets and banquets meet the high standards of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring seamless execution of menus, events, and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our culinary operations.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage or Assistant Director in a large property.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
