We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Hyatt Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen to prepare consistent, high-quality products.
- Ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
- Assist with the efficient running of the department, including inventory management, kitchen hygiene practices, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and food preparation methods to meet the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.
