Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the efficiency of the department's operations in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's strategic priorities to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.
  • Manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, adhering to the outlet's operating concept and international standards, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while operating within budget.

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant is required.
  • Prior experience in luxury international brands is highly desirable. Holding a qualification in Kitchen Production or Management can be advantageous.
  • A comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office and familiarity with Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.

What We Offer

  • An estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 based on the industry standards and location.
