Culinary Leadership Opportunity

Hyatt Corporation seeks a seasoned Culinary professional to lead our kitchen team as a Department Head - Culinary. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet\u2019s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
