Job Summary

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Field Application Specialist to join our team. As a Field Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escalation Support: Contribute to service order actions and problem description clarification.
  • New Product/Service Development: Find the right channel to report VOC related to existing product functionality to product teams.
  • New Product/Service Rollout: Execute predefined and standard tasks, such as part of a beta test plan, and create sections of knowledge documents.
  • Node Solution Definition: Execute analysis work within a single competence/domain, typically following predefined paths, and review work with others before formally sharing.
  • Node Solution Integration: Execute detailed plans while supervised by others.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share own findings and wow with the rest of the team.
  • Operational Excellence: Know and adhere to existing processes and rules, highlight improvement proposals in own daily work, and understand the impact of non-quality and own contribution to it.
  • Business Support: Set priorities in daily work based on operational business sense, understanding customer-driven impacts and KPIs (tool down, layer down, rework, scrap), speak up and trigger VoC.
  • Customer Demo: Support in demo preparation, execution, and logistics.
  • Data Analysis: Collect data, perform data checks, and process data to perform technical analysis using established tools and methods.
