Job Summary:

The Account Manager is a key role at Axalta, responsible for driving customer success and ensuring product performance in the field. This position requires a strong understanding of the coatings industry and the ability to build relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the new line service daily work, following safety processes and practices.
  • Set up and manage the online service team.
  • Identify and build relationships with key personnel in customers.
  • Establish baseline and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checklists, and improve coating performance.
  • Responsible for internal and external reports.
  • Customer issue report log sheet QVR, and lead the ABC weekly call.
  • Communicate with CSR, Sales team, GBT team, and PE team to form a good team work to support the customer.
  • Manage the site team performance, set up site team COT, and lead the IPP review, develop the site team to achieve the business goal.

Requirements:

  • Good personality.
  • BS degree in polymer/Fine Chemistry/Organic Chemistry preferred.
  • 3 years of working experience in painting shop or coatings industry.
  • Understanding product, process, and the nature about OEM business.
  • Strong technical competency with creative capability.
  • Good communication skill (Chinese and English).
  • Excellent networking capabilities and team work.
  • Excellent analysis abilities.
  • Ability in team daily management.
  • Self-motivated.
