Lead Accounting Executive

Your Mission:

Oversee key functions including payments, working capital management, cash oversight, and inter-company reconciliations. Provide daily leadership in processing, reporting, and month-end closing activities related to Invoice Management. Supervise Payment Processing and Travel & Expense Management. Manage the monthly financial closing cycle, ensuring accurate recording of all expenses, reviewing journal entries, reconciling account balances, and preparing reports. Deliver precise, timely, and insightful monthly management accounts and financial updates for executive review. Engage in the continuous development and establishment of accounting policies and operational strategies, including the assessment and implementation of process and system enhancements. Collaborate with other finance department leaders to achieve overall departmental objectives. Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors to ensure successful audit outcomes and compliance. Analyze client contracts, establishing and maintaining processes to monitor and report revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in revenue reporting. Prepare comprehensive feedback on financial statement variances against budget. Proactively review and provide guidance on financial and accounting processes.

Your Qualifications:

At least 6 years of experience in accounting or related disciplines. Proficient in English (CET-6) and Chinese. Strong understanding of Chinese accounting standards, tax regulations, and foreign currency rules. Proficient in accounting software and SAP systems. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities. Highly driven, capable of managing multiple tasks and working independently under tight deadlines.
