Job Title: Sr Service+ Consulting Manager, Amazon

About the Role:
Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited is seeking an experienced Sr Service+ Consulting Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our ESM Service+ team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our Paid Account Service product among Chinese sellers, including Account Management Service and Consulting Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Paid Account Service product adoption, including Account Management Service and Consulting Service.
  • Develop, optimize, and customize sales toolkit to support the sales team.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Consultants to ensure a seamless customer end-to-end experience.
  • Learn about Amazon's cross-border e-commerce business, seller lifecycle, demand, and pain points. Provide insights to leadership and PMs to evolve the service product.
  • Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and tracking.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in partner management within the ecommerce or technology sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning/establishing strategic relationships with enterprise customers/partners and/or brand owners.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Rich sales and BD experience.
  • Excellent analytical and planning abilities to design and oversee programmatic business development efforts.
  • Team player with strong persuasion skills to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong data-driven planning capability and excellent triage ability to prioritize projects and work entrepreneurially with an inherent sense of urgency.
