- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by recognizing and rewarding loyalty guests in collaboration with the World of Hyatt Program.
- Ensure that guest issues are promptly addressed and resolved, exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with guests and colleagues.
- Interact frequently with guests to ensure they receive the highest level of service during their stay.
Requirements
Relevant degree or diploma in Business Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management is preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in Rooms Division as an Assistant Manager is required, along with strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
