Role Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Infoblox's presence in North China. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive territory strategy to target new and existing opportunities.
  • Generating demand through proactive outreach and collaboration with Marketing and Business Development teams.
  • Securing new client accounts while enhancing growth within established customer relationships.
  • Aligning customer objectives with our solutions, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
  • Utilizing internal resources, including sales specialists and solutions architects, to achieve customer and territory goals.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders to address customer needs.
  • Representing Infoblox at industry events and to customer executives.
  • Providing accurate revenue forecasts and progress updates.
  • Supporting partner engagement to maximize territory potential.
  • Maintaining high activity levels to meet sales targets and build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 7 years of successful experience in technology sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud technologies, with the ability to translate technical challenges into viable solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and credibility with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in opportunity qualification and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in establishing long-term relationships with decision-makers and economic buyers.
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
  • A proactive approach to customer success, collaborating with internal teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Strong prospecting abilities to build a quality pipeline.

Success Metrics

Within six months, you will have:
  • Established strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Confidently communicated our value proposition to both new and existing clients.
  • Participated in numerous customer meetings, driven by your individual prospecting efforts.

After a year, you will have:

  • Developed a target pipeline that significantly exceeds your quota.
  • Consistently delivered results in line with your sales targets.
  • Built a network of influential champions within your territory.
