Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Lead and direct a team of customer engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and growth.
Initiate and manage reports to inform business decisions, serving as the primary interface with product divisions.
Monitor and optimize the CSD Award Program, ensuring quarterly results and tracking progress.
Execute escalation procedures and manage RMA processes to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Collaborate with district sales engineers to develop account plans, providing support for system sales and financial forecasting.
Manage system installations, planning, reporting, and execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

- Demonstrate understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own job family and basic knowledge of other related job families.

- Apply understanding of how the team relates to other closely related areas to improve efficiency and drive business results.
