Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of ad sales experience, preferably in a media, agency, trading desk, technology company, or other related field.
  • Deep knowledge of and experience working with major ad-tech/mar-tech stacks, including DSPs, ad servers, web analytics platforms, DMPs, and CRM.
  • Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to blend analysis and narrative to create compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
