Autonomous Driving Algorithm Expert

As an Autonomous Driving Algorithm Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable planning and prediction systems based on machine learning to generate safe and feasible trajectories for autonomous driving. This will involve research and development of cutting-edge machine learning technologies, collaboration with the perception R&D team, and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement machine learning-based planning and prediction systems for autonomous driving, covering aspects such as code implementation, model training, parameter tuning, and iterative optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the perception R&D team to ensure that developed algorithms efficiently and safely support advanced intelligent driving functions.
- Stay current with cutting-edge machine learning technologies and explore their feasibility in autonomous driving prediction and planning.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of machine learning algorithms and have the ability to quickly adapt to and drive the development of new technologies.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in machine learning, computer science, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or above, a strong foundation in mathematics and algorithms, and experience in autonomous driving R&D.
- Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and algorithms.
- Familiarity with current mainstream machine learning algorithms and proficiency in one or more areas of algorithm research, including but not limited to CNN, transformer, learning.
- Strong programming skills, proficient in C++ and Python languages, as well as PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks.
- Experience in ACM competitions is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Bosch offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
