We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Leader.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for providing business support to senior management and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys interacting with people and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is professional, discreet and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite and has experience with translation and interpretation.
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English and has strong organizational skills.
  • Preferably has hospitality-related work experience and is able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business support to senior management, including:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Providing translation and interpretation services as needed.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and translation software.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
