该职位旨在推动公司业务发展,开拓生意新的发展渠道,管理所辖区域内的销售工作(包括:销量指标达成、销售活动执行及检查、费用监督及管理、应收账款管理等)所辖区域: 负责金华&衢州地区GT和NKA渠道的销售管理。

主要工作职责:

  • 完成金华&衢州地区市场销售和增长指标,达成收款,执行并完成各项计划、目标
  • 制定所负责客户的生意发展计划;开拓直接客户,包括经销商、批发商和二分客户;对经销商业务团队及相关人员进行培训、管理和提升,持续提升所管区域的市场份额
  • 预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性
  • 监督管理经销商和门店的OSI(进销存)及DMS(Dial)系统,确保足量按时送货
  • 制定经销商SELLIN、SELLOUT、分销、套餐,经销商业务员奖金,并有效管理及发展经销商
  • 协助经销管理库存和应收账款,确保库存合理和应收账款可控
  • 费用及时核销和市场费用分配,确保市场费用使用合理性
  • 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等数据报表
  • 带领所管理的销售团队,完成对重点门店的进店分销、陈列、促销、库存、生动货等管理,完成公司下达的各项工作
  • 所管区域的新渠道和新零售的开发拓展,如社团、OTO等
  • 上级主管分配的其他工作或项目

基本技能/经验/能力要求:

  • 大专或以上学历
  • 有8年以上相关销售经验,管理过同体积的生意规模以上,有销售管理经验者优选
  • 熟悉金华&衢州市场,丰富的客户资源和渠道资源

  • 对数据有敏锐性,善于分析生意的机会点
  • 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心;展现适应能力和抗压能力
  • 擅长于团队管理并能够激励团队向共同的目标奋进
  • 有效进行客户管理,建立客户数据库
  • 具有业务谈判能力及沟通和协调能力
