At Siemens Healthineers Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of global, regional, and local compensation policies and programs in a timely manner with high quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the implementation of global, regional, and local compensation policies and programs, including salary policies, job evaluation, administrative procedures, incentive schemes, equity programs, recognition & rewards, and top awards.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of compensation programs and recommending modifications and optimizations.
  • Developing and maintaining a Total Rewards dashboard, including pay competitiveness analysis for Hi-Po, levers, etc.
  • Acting as a CompPartner for Varian business, covering market pricing, offer proposal outlier review, merit process support, etc.
  • Monitoring market and competitor trends and providing regular sharing and insights within the HR team.
  • Creating, optimizing, implementing, and executing compensation-related policy, process, and guideline, and providing expert advice and guidance to HR/business.
  • Participating in Total Rewards-related projects and leading local initiatives.
  • Coaching and guiding junior compensation professionals.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 8+ years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment, with a background from top-tier C&B consulting firm if preferred.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
