Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Vayyar care (home) division. This role is crucial as we expand our reach and enhance our presence in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture new client relationships in southern China while sustaining existing partnerships.
  2. Expand channel and partner collaborations, fostering a mutually beneficial cooperation framework and continuously refining these relationships.
  3. Facilitate the coordination of internal and external resources to transition customer projects from testing to mass production.
  4. Conduct regular market analysis and competitive assessments, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
  5. Support marketing initiatives and assess their impact on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in communication, electronics, or a related field.
  2. Over three years of experience in business development within the semiconductor, sensor, or smart home industries.
  3. Proven track record in managing complex B2B projects.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, self-assurance, and the ability to thrive under pressure, coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  5. Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, eager to acquire new knowledge and adapt to changing environments.
  6. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  7. Fluency in English is essential; a technical background in hardware and software is preferred.
  8. Experience in radar technology is a plus.
