Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their needs
- Provide personalized attention to special guests, including VIPs
- Prepare welcome materials, including information about hotel services and local attractions
- Share details about hotel amenities and promote available services
- Anticipate guest requirements and foster positive relationships
- Assist guests with various requests, such as travel arrangements
- Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to the Guest Relations Manager as necessary
- Maintain accurate records in the daily logbook
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
