At Elementis, we are seeking a highly skilled Special Equipment Engineer to join our team.

As a Special Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of special equipment and accessories to ensure safe and effective operation of our plant equipment and instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement equipment maintenance safety procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

2. Manage and maintain special equipment, fire-fighting, safety, and environmental protection facilities to ensure compliance with regulations.

3. Develop and implement annual calibration plans for safety accessories, gauges, and instruments.

4. Manage spare parts inventory, including identifying safety stock proposals and controlling costs.

5. Participate in HSEQ system internal and external audits, and follow up on actions and related documentation.

6. Continuously optimize maintenance systems for special equipment, production equipment, and utilities.

Requirements:

1. Education: Above college level in Science and Engineering.

2. Experience: Above 5 years of related working experience, with a preference for 2 years of special equipment management experience.

3. IT skills: Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PPT.

4. Language skills: Communication in English or Chinese, with basic listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.

5. Working arrangements: Normal office working hours.

6. Traveling required: Very seldom.
