该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 Ownership of E-Mobility BD accounts (ESS makers) Customer mapping Identify business opportunities Define and execute strategy for customer access creation KPI1: New projects start rate – Project is considered to start when customer is starting validation process KPI2: New Booked Sales as support during project execution phase Responsible to constantly scan the Market and identify future trends/needs Future customer value chain Future battery cell technology Propose adjustment of the organization to fit customer needs and identify new products
Requirements 岗位要求 +5y working experiences, and team management Preferred in strong technical background in battery or energy storage industry, e.g sealing & bonding application A minimum of 5 years of working experience, commercial related is preferred. Capability of quick learning and working independently, could work under high pressure and complex situation. Chemical background & commercial sense with result oriented Internal & external communication Business development & marketing strategy Preferred English speaking & writing skills, presentation skills requirements to anticipate technology shift(s)
