The Impact You'll Make

  • Formulate sales targets for e-commerce distributors, and develop annual/quarterly/monthly investment budget plans by channel
  • Collaborate with marketing, category management, finance, and supply chain teams to monitor sales performance, channel expenses, and supply chain status
  • Adjust channel promotions dynamically based on market conditions and ROI analysis
  • Provide daily coaching to distributors and third-party (TP) operation teams on store operations, promotions, and sales execution
  • Support distributors in achieving performance targets through data-driven recommendations

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 5 years of e-commerce operations experience;
  • Preferred: Experience in home appliance categories or TP (Third-Party) management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong logical thinking;
  • Fundamental data analysis capabilities
