Job Summary / Who You Are

As an Account Manager, you will be identifying and selling adesso solutions. Our ideal candidate will have seasonal sales experiences and a positive attitude. As an Account Manager you will earn a salary plus competitive commission structure

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing marketsAttract and hire top sales talent; lead and mentor high-performing sales teamSet sales goals and targets, as well as a replicable playbook for scaling quickly in new marketsProvide accurate forecast sales by customer and product on a timely basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred. Certification(s) in the following preferred5 years+ experience in account management in Computer & Consumer Electronics industriesRelationship Building – Proven track record of building relationships with relationship with Retail, Distribution, System Integrator or OEM/ODM, government channels.Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/engagements required.Solid experiences in PC peripheral, especially Webcam/Security Cameras, headsets, speaker Industries will be a plusExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
