:Purpose of Role
Establish and evolve commercial capability, framework, cadence, learning curriculum and evaluation through driving strategic capability building agenda and capabilities improvement on general trade& eCommerce, and realizing vision of revenue/category growth management.
Creates transparency of performance insights and actions plan to all stakeholders, collaborating with global commercial capability and APAC learning team and be accountable for the delivery of the capability building plan.
About this role
You will be responsible for:
Works with business stakeholders to build consensus and alignment for sourcing, develop and implement capability enhancement projects and programs. Perform Training Needs Analyses for the impacted users’ groups to understand the training scope and requirement. Manage commercial performance and capability development annual processes and oversee their development program. Partner with Global and APAC capability building team to localize, deploy and evaluate capability trainings, actions learnings. Stay collaborative and effective with boarded commercial team - brand activation, regional sales directors and sales manger and external partners to facilitate proactive planning, program delivery and enhancement including product expertise and skill uplifting Manage existing program and its planning& budget, while continuously seek to update the program pool of external best practice and technology.To be successful in this role, you will need:
Commercial training experiences in FMCG sector, ideally with sales/ business development background. Bachelor degree in business or other academic background in pursuit of data analytical capability and business acumen. Senior stakeholders engagement skills, and willingness to be hands-on and drive execution on self. Being able to excel when dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced and matrixed environment Consulting background/trainer experiences/ Certified TTT would be a merit.Working with Us
