主要工作内容及岗位职责:

管理工作

对公司总体销售目标和所负责大区的市场开发、培育、成长目标负责;

负责大区销售计划的制定与执行。

负责大区销售信息管理和销售团队建设、销售人员培训。 

制定下属的考核目标并定期沟通绩效评估结果、提出改进建议,帮助下属员工提高工作业绩,增强团队凝聚力和合作精神,以建立一支高效的销售团队,支持销售目标的达成。

负责团队销售费用控制。

负责管辖范围内各种制度、系统、体系、方针、流程等管理办法的设计和执行力;

专项工作

1)在职责范围内,落实公司的方针目标,对管辖范围内的方针目标的完成负责;

2)协助团队成员完成销售指标,并完成个人销售目标,共同达成大区目标;
3)现有客户关系管理及新客户的开发;
4)负责管控大区市场开拓、销售运营和管理的工作过程,周、月经营状况的追踪分析、评估;
5)负责对国内、外同行业竞争对手、消费者、市场环境、公司产品、顾客满意度等的调查、研究、分析;

6) 团队销售合同签定,执行及收款。
其他

1)负责落实贯彻部门各项政策、规定、制度;

2)积极完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

基本任职资格:

学历/专业: 本科及以上,机械/材料等工科类相关专业

专业知识/技能: 办公软件操作熟练。 具备机械加工工艺、金属切削刀具知识。具备较强的管理能力。 具有较强的对客户分析能力和商务谈判能力 具有较强的预测、决策、分析、协调、沟通及文字表达能力

工作经验:从事刀具销售工作5年以上并担任销售负责人经历3年以上。

工作态度: 认同公司价值观;认真负责、诚信合作

个性特征: 沟通能力较强、抗压能力强

其它条件: 强烈的事业心及团队精神 吃苦耐劳,能适应经常出差 在当地有一定的客情基础,熟悉当地市场
