市场准入与公共事务部致力于引领卓越的市场准入工作,并倡导公共政策和可持续发展。该部门专注于诸如产品准入策略、患者获取途径以及上市产品的价格可及性等各个方面。此外,该部门确保产品生命周期价格管理的有效性,参与公共事务工作,并致力于促进企业公共形象、可持续发展,并游说与医疗保健和疾病相关的政策。该部门在推动公司增长和成功方面发挥着至关重要的作用。
职位信息
• 管理区域医院准入和安全运营目标设定,计划制定,全国和区域项目执行、业务结果;
• 根据大区策略制定可行有效且符合合规的项目并实施,及时评估实施效果以及提出改进方案;
• 负责区域旗舰目标医院准入目标达成,保证创新产品在院内的安全运营;
• 负责和牵头配合区域跨部门市场准入项目支持区域准入需要;
• 管理区域医院关键干系人和第三方客户,沟通、业务联系,巩固,维护外部客户与公司良好长期 的合作关系;
• 负责区域KAM人员业务管理;
• 保证遵守公司各项规章制度,与公司合规团队积极配合,强化合规意识,及时发现并且纠正不合规的行为,对不合规的行为决不妥协;
• 风险管理和财务管理。
任职要求
• 具备卓越的业务能力,战略思维能力,团队管理能力,危机应对能力;
• 具备较强的内部和外部 组织、计划、控制、协调能力;
• 能够独立制定医院层面的市场准入开发及策略,计划及预算并实施;
• 能够根据需要影响销售团队并带领KA团队进行高效的准入拓展工作;
• 善于与人沟通,具有出色的谈判能力和说服能力及人际交往能力;
• 勇于开拓,有高度的团队精神、强烈的进取心5年以上的医药销售/市场/关键客户管理经验;
• 5年以上区域市场战略、策划、市场综合营销管理经验;
• 2年人员管理经验。
