核心工作活动

支持制定和执行销售策略

• 与销售主管合作,确保了解销售策略并为细分市场有效实施该策略。

• 与管理团队合作制定并实施销售计划,为销售总监 (DOS) 所领导的细分市场处理收入、客户和市场问题。

• 协助制定和实施内部和外部促销活动。

最大限度地提高收入

• 提供积极进取的领导力,确保最大的收入潜力(例如,以个人预订目标树立榜样)。

• 为销售团队成员建议预订目标。

管理销售活动

• 监督直属下属的所有日常活动。

• 在业务评估经理缺勤的情况下,批准给予餐饮空间,以实现收入最大化(DOS、团体)。

• 参加与销售团队成员的销售电话沟通,以获取新业务和/或结算业务。

• 执行和支持预订业务的运营方面(例如,生成提案,撰写合同,客户信函)。

分析和汇报销售与财务数据

• 通过使用销售系统分析市场信息,并实施战略以实现酒店的客房和餐饮目标。

• 协助收入管理部完成准确的六个时段预测。

• 评估销售和餐饮客人满意度结果,以确定需要改进的方面。

确保卓越的客户服务

• 表现出宾客接待方面的领导力,体现卓越的客户服务,并为客户关系树立积极的榜样。

• 与客人互动并获得对产品质量和服务水准的反馈。

• 在总结会议前后与客人会面,以获得关于产品质量(如客房、会议设施和设备、餐饮)、服务水平、合同执行和总体满意度方面的反馈。

• 授权员工提供卓越的客户服务。

• 观察员工的服务行为并向个人和/或经理提供反馈。

• 将客人满意度作为部门会议的组成部分,并专注于持续改进。

• 执行和支持公司客户服务标准和酒店品牌标准。

• 参与和实践品牌的日常服务基本原则。

• 通过在客户的计划/活动之前和期间,协助客户并确保其满意度,执行示范性的客户服务以提升客户满意度和忠诚度。

• 通过了解客户的需求,并推荐最能满足其需求并超越其预期的相应特色和服务,同时建立关系和维护对公司的忠诚度,为客户提供服务。

• 了解酒店的主要目标客户和服务预期;通过了解客户的业务、业务问题和顾虑,服务他们并在计划//活动之前和期间提供更好的业务解决方案。

建立成功的关系

• 建立和管理与主要利益相关者(内部和外部)的关系。

• 与酒店外部的销售渠道(如活动预订中心、市场销售、GSO)协作,确保酒店的需求得以实现,且销售工作起到补充作用,而非重复。

• 与人力资源部、工程部和防损部协作,以确保符合当地、州和联邦法规和/或工会要求。

• 参与客户活动、贸易展览和销售任务,以维持、建立或培养与 GSO 经理和客户的主要关系。

管理和开展人力资源活动
