This role will support planning, delivery and co-ordination of specific vehicle programmes.

This role is based in China working with China team as well as working as part of a vehicle programme management teams based in overseas.

As a Programme Manager, you will be part of the team accountable for the delivery of vehicle programme workstreams to agreed time, cost and quality targets. You will lead in creating, maintaining and driving credible plans and establish pre-emptive and effective risk management to avoid issues. You could be dealing with a large cross-functional team across multiple locations and will be responsible for control of programme resources within targets. 

Powertrain NEV Engineer/Management experience will be a PLUS. You will be a pivotal member of our product engineering team, driving innovation and efficiency in the development and management of powertrain systems for New Energy Vehicles (NEVs).

This role encompasses driveline engineering, cost management, quality assurance etc, requiring a deep understanding of automotive engineering and a strategic mindset to lead projects from conception to implementation.

● Deliver projects utilising Agile project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes and strategic business objectives

● Oversee driveline development projects, coordinating with engineering teams to deliver on time and to specification.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

● Bachelor or Master degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience in a programme management role with working knowledge of relevant client processes
