Business Development Manager, Diagnostics China

Position Description:
1. Develop & execute the sales strategy/plan to ensure the achievement of the annual sales target & market share expansion.
2. Actively develop customer/channel resources in the healthcare diagnostic segment.
3. Collect & analyze product/market information & provide reference/suggestion to the KOLs.
4. Work with the relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive technical solutions for customers.
5. Maintain customer relations, provide necessary daily support & solve problems where applicable.
6. Co-work with other internal stakeholders to ensure timely order delivery to maximize sales.
7. Manage sales quotation, commercial agreement and all other contractual related activities.
8. Be accountable for data entry into the CRM to track business opportunities and sales performance through personal/team communication.
9. Other task assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification & Competencies:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of sales experiences of the similar product in healthcare industry.
3. Excellent sales & communication skills.
4. Possess good channel resources & customer base.
5. Good adaptability, quicker learner.
6. Team-work spirit, strong initiative, enthusiast and creative in work.
