Senior Associate, Marketing Commercialization

This role is a hub in E-Commerce (EC) marketing to wire all cross function together includes brand marketing, EC marketing, sales team and other function ensure the successful business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In charge of Tmall flagship store, work closely with TP (Taobao partner) and platform, understand industry trends, combine brand resources, and implement marketing promotion rhythm
Optimize the display of the brand in the channel, the quality of advertising screens, the accuracy of delivery, the linkage of internal and external advertising, secondary reach and search index, etc., effectively improve sales conversion and ROI (Return on Investment)
NPD (New Product Development) planning and tracking to ensure the successful launch, need to co-work with sales and brand marketing for forecast, document preparation, etc.
Optimize daily operations leveraging multiple resources (sales reports, merchandising reports, campaign report, consumer insight)
Provide analysis and action plans based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator) related but not limited to sales performance, traffic, conversion and consumer behavior
A&P (Advertisement and Promotion) planning and ROI efficiency optimization
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Minimum 3 years marketing working experience in EC marketing or customer marketing
Excellent analysis, communication and planning skill
Strong logic thinking with high self-discipline, good communication and collaborative skills, good at project management
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
EC mkt account experience
Industry (household) related digital working experience
